Corporate and workplace IV therapy in Brisbane

Booking for a team is a different exercise to booking for yourself. Here is how a workplace session actually runs, what your building needs to arrange, and how to organise one without it eating a day.

What a workplace session looks like

A nurse comes to your office and treats participants one after another in a room you set aside. Each person has a private health assessment, then an infusion of roughly 45 to 60 minutes during which they can work, take calls or read.

Plan on about 75 to 90 minutes per person from the nurse arriving to leaving. For a group, sessions overlap rather than run strictly end to end — talk to us about numbers and we will tell you what is realistic in the window you have.

Treatment is individual, not a package deal. Each participant consents for themselves, and a nurse may decline treatment for anyone the assessment says it is not appropriate for. Nobody is obliged to take part, and participation should never be visible to a manager.

What to arrange before the day
A meeting room, not an open-plan desk — the health assessment is a private conversation
Comfortable seating that reclines or at least leans back
A table for equipment, a power point, and somewhere to hang an IV bag above shoulder height
Visitor access: the entrance or loading dock to use, the level and tenancy, and any sign-in process
A bathroom nearby — fluids work quickly
A running order, so people are not waiting in a corridor

In CBD towers, building access is the single most common cause of a late start. Register the nurse as a visitor in advance where your building requires it.

Where workplace bookings usually happen

We cover Greater Brisbane, but office sessions cluster in a few places.

CBD towers

Around Brisbane City, Spring Hill and Fortitude Valley. Visitor registration and lift access need arranging ahead of time.

Inner-city offices

Converted warehouses and low-rise offices through Newstead, Teneriffe and Milton. Usually simpler access and easier parking.

Business parks

Out through Capalaba and the Redlands. Tell us the tenancy number and any reception sign-in.

Which treatments teams usually ask about

Each person is assessed individually and can choose a different infusion — a group booking does not mean everyone gets the same thing.

Individual results may vary. All treatments are subject to health screening and nurse assessment, and IV therapy is not suitable for everyone. Cannulation can cause brief discomfort, and bruising or tenderness at the site; less commonly, vein irritation, light-headedness or an allergic reaction can occur. This is a wellness service, not a substitute for medical care, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Participants should tell the nurse if they are pregnant or breastfeeding, take regular medication, or have reacted to an infusion before.

Questions employers ask

How many people can you do in one visit?

It depends on your window and how many nurses attend. Tell us your headcount and the time you have, and we will tell you what fits rather than over-promising.

Is there a group discount?

Yes, from 3 people at the same address in a single appointment, subject to health screening, nurse availability and our published terms. Tiers are listed on the group bookings section.

Can we book it as a staff wellbeing benefit?

Employers commonly organise and pay for the session. Two things to keep in mind: participation must be genuinely voluntary, and each person's health assessment is confidential between them and the nurse. We do not report who took part or what was discussed.

What if someone is declined on the day?

The nurse will explain why privately, and that person is not charged and does not count toward the group total. Being declined is the assessment doing its job.

How far ahead should we book?

Earlier than an individual booking, because you are coordinating a room, a headcount and our availability. Our hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, with Saturday by appointment.

Planning an event rather than an office session? See preparing for your appointment for what each participant should know beforehand.
